Are the mortgage rates falling? While the 30-year-old mortgage rates recently stabilized to just less than 7%, economist Mark Dotzour, who served for 18 years as chief economist of the real estate center at the University of Texas, does not believe they are returning to 3% to 4% at any time soon.
“The possibility that this happens, in my mind, is practically zero,” Dotzour said, talking about the company of commercial realtors on February 27 at River Crest Country Club. “We will keep high rates until we reach 2% inflation, and we haven’t got there yet.”

Dr Dr Horton Inks Deal Solar
Streetleaf, a solar company Streetlight Company, has joined an Arlington -based Forestar Agreement, a division of Dr Horton, and one of the largest community developers with a single family in the US Agreement sets the forastar process to include solar road lights in their new communities.
“Forestar develops approximately 1 in 50 houses with a single family across the country, and we are excited by the possibility of lighting their communities with solar road lights that function with clean energy and work safely through storms and power outages,” said Liam Ryan, Ceo I Streetleaf. “Using smart technology to provide a better homeowner experience, Forestar is building for the future.”
More than 8,000 street lights on the road have already been installed in more than 183 projects across SH.BA Based Tampa company says these installations have led to a savings of more than $ 32 million in infrastructure costs, and almost 3.3 million pounds of CO2 compared to traditional road lights.
Street lights offer the performance of the service scale and are designed and are achieved to stay 365 days a year, even when power comes out, Ryan said. Ryan said that in the Hurricanes influenced neighborhoods, where power is often home, areas with street street lights still have lighting at night.
“It can mean a lot and really help during a catastrophe,” he said.
The agreement between the Forestar and the Streetleaf determines the process of developer divisions to selectively include the lights of the solar road in their new communities.
